Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the corporate customers and contribute in achieving the sales targets

Job Skills

1. Degree in any discipline, O/ A Levels certificate
2. 3 to 6 years of experience in and lease sales in the GCC market
3. Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English).
4. Attention to details.
5. Dynamic and proactive personality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Explore market opportunities and identify (corporate) customers who could be approached to discuss rental and lease sales business. Generate enquiries through cold calls and other prospective means to approach potential customers.
2. Discuss requirements with the customers, identify and qualify their needs and propose a solution that meets their requirements effectively with right product-mix, model –mix and financial constraints.
3. Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers to sustain existing and acquire additional business.
4. Coordinate with the operations for the deliveries and pick ups, ensure the contracts are signed by the customers and forwarded to the accounts.
5. Prepare/ maintain visit/ call reports/log highlighting salient feature and advise the Manager of the same. Report daily/weekly/ monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance. Recommend plans for improvement and enhancement of the business.
6. Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the line manager and General Manager
7. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list.
8. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from external sources in order to feel the pulse of the market trends, stay ahead of competition and meet customer’s needs.
9. Follow up on sales payments with customers when they have been delayed
